Changes in Rank List

The revised final result is expected to change the rank list for all candidates. This includes the 44 NEET UG 2024 toppers who were awarded grace marks for a particular question. This means that the ranks and positions of many candidates will be different from the previous results.

Multiple Releases of Results

This will be the fourth time the NEET UG results are being released. The first result was announced on June 4, the second on June 30, and the third on July 20, 2024. The continuous updates and revisions have been due to various issues and the need to ensure the accuracy of the results.

Counselling Process After Results

After the revised final results are announced, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and state counselling bodies will begin the online counselling process for UG medical admissions. The dates for the counselling process will be announced soon, and candidates should keep an eye on official notifications.

Important Note on Download Link

Candidates should note that a link to download the revised scorecards is already available on the NTA NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. However, this is not the link for the scorecards scheduled to be released today. The current link was activated after the results of a re-test for 1563 candidates were announced, requiring all candidates to download their mark sheets again.

What to Expect Next

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official websites for the latest updates on the release of the NEET UG final revised results. Once the results are out, detailed instructions on the next steps, including the counselling process, will be provided.
